Travel

«All roads Lead to Trieste!»
Trieste, is reachable by plane, train, and car.

Plane

Arriving by plane, one can choose to land at:

• Ronchi dei Legionari airport, located about 40 km from Trieste, quite well connected to Roma FCO and Munich MUC; from there you can reach Trieste by bus or taxi.
  A few transportations will also be organised on 1^st and 5^th September.
• Venice Marco Polo Airport, from where you can reach Trieste by train (about 2h).

Train

Trains operated by Trenitalia travel between Trieste and major Italian cities.

Accommodation

Please book the hotel by yourself (in case of problems, we can help you)

There are different options:

• A few rooms have been pre-booked for this event at the Adriatico Guesthouse until 15^th July. Please quote "TMDe2015" when making your reservation.
• There are hotels close to Grignano/ICTP .
• You can stay in Trieste .
  A short list of hotels in a suitable location is available (please note that unfortunately fore these hotels we can neither pre-book any room nor obtain any discount for the participants).

No special event should take place in the workshop period, but early booking ought to be preferred.
