Practical Information

1. There is no Conference Fee.
2. Transportation by bus from Trieste Airport to Lošinj on Sunday 23^th September and from Lošinj to Trieste Airport on Friday 28^th September is provided free of charge to the conference participants (whilst their accompanying persons will be charged € 50 per person for the return trip).
3. A social dinner on Tuesday, 25^th September, will be organised free of charge for the conference participants (whilst their accompanying persons will be charged € 50 per person).
4. On Wednesday 26th September a boat excursion will take place.
   It will be followed by a visit to the Lošinjki Muzej in Mali Lošinj.
   The excursion departure is set for 1PM o'clock; it will be followed by the visit to the museum (from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM).

ACCOMMODATION AT VITALITY PUNTA HOTEL

In the registration form please indicate whether you will arrange your accommodation on your own or if you want the Conference Organization to make the booking for you (and any accompanying persons) in the agreed Vitality Hotel Punta.
[You will pay anyway your hotel bill by your own during your stay at the hotel].

Hotel costs:
(price is per person per day)

• € 65 for a SINGLE ROOM (it is actually a double room SINGLE USE).
• € 50 for a DOUBLE ROOM.

Through the registration form you can book 1 or more (single/double) rooms for a family or groups (please indicate the names of accompanying persons and specify wether they are adults or children).
There is also the possibility to share a double room with another conference participant, already known or not (you can chose the so called "hotel blind room sharing").

The stated prices include:

• Welcome drink.
• Half board service (buffet breakfast and dinner with a free drink).
• Usage of the internal and external swimming pools.
• Spa usage (subject to actual availability).
• Bathrobe and slippers in your room.
• Wi-Fi Internet Connection.
• Parking.

Hotel registration tax: 7 HRK/person upon arrival.
Occupancy tourist tax: 8 HRK/person/day.

Check-in is at 14:00 hrs.
Check-out is at 11:00 hrs.
Full board is available at an extra cost of € 12 per person per day.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

For speakers, a short PDF file with the abstract of your contribution must be uploaded from within the registration page form. The deadline is 10^th September.
Please indicate there the author(s) and the presenter names, and affiliations.
The text of the abstract can have a maximum size of 10 lines, about 900 characters.
