Two social events (free for participants) will take place during the workshop.
Details about the workshop dinner will be given at the conference.
For the workshop participants the cost of the dinner is included in the conference fee while for the accompanying persons the dinner will cost approximately € 30 per person.
An afternoon excursion to the Blue Caves or Cres city or Ilovik island will be organized .
The details about the excursion to Ilovik island will be given during the workshop.
In case of rain some different excursion will be proposed.
The cost of the excursion is included in the conference fee for the workshop participants whilst for the accompanying persons the excursion to the Blue Caves will cost approximately € 40 and the visit to city of Cres will cost approximately € 20.
The excursion will begin at about 12:30 pm and will take about 7 hours according to the following programme:

Note that there is an overall limit of 90 places for the boat excursion. When this limit will be reached no further booking will be accepted.
Of all the beauties and wonders of nature on the Cres island, the Blue Caves are a unique phenomenon that will leave you breathless. The great and the small hall of the Cave are lighted by turquoise rays penetrating through an underwater passage linked with one of the most beautiful beaches on the island.
Note that the actual access to the Blue Caves requires swimming skills.
For the people who feel uncomfortable with the boat and cannot swim, an alternative visit to the city of Cres will be organized.

Ilovik island is covered with Mediterranean vegetation and has been nicknamed the island of flowers for a variety of flowers bloom on its land: oleanders in different colors, bougainvillea, palm trees, pine trees and two century-old eucalyptus trees. Some olive trees and grape vines are cultivated by the inhabitants.
